PHPDOC TO CHM is a small php-based tool, which converts phpdoc api files created with "PHPDoctor by Paul James" into CHM(Microsoft HTML Help).

Just unzip in the php docs folder and run the bat file. Before that edit the files to setup the correct executable paths for "php" and "Microsoft HTML Help Workshop". It creates automatically the needed HHK, HHC and HHP files.
